WHAT IS "ORGANIC"?

We could produce an entire website devoted to this topic, and we’ve referenced additional links and resources for you to do your own research.

What “organic” means at Naturelle is that we source ingredients that are certified organic by Canadian standards. These standards are generally much higher than those required for certification in other countries such as China or in South America.

This means that an ingredient listed as “organic” in a Naturelle product will have been derived from a natural, non-genetically modified source that was cultivated and farmed using organic farming practices free of chemical pesticides, irradiation and chemical preservatives.

Additionally, we make every attempt to purchase our ingredients from certified, local suppliers and personally visit our sources whenever possible. While we can’t guarantee that each ingredient is 100% organic all the time, we are diligent in researching our sources and holding our suppliers accountable for the quality of the raw materials they supply to us.
