Directions: NEVER USE DIRECTLY ON SKIN. Always use a carrier oil of your choice to blend the oil before applying. Mix 30 drops in 30ml of a carrier oil and massage the body. These oils can also be used non-diluted in a diffuser (add 10 to 15 drops). FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
